Wen Tan, born in Dandong, Liaoning, is CPC member, associate professor, graduate tutor. He got his Ph. D from Biology Engineering, East China University of Science and Technology. He focuses on the food science, medicine principles of biology and chemistry. He has presided or joined 3 research projects and 15 research articles were published and among them 4 were indexed by SCI, 7 belong to core journal.
