Chen Lihua, born in Qingdao city, Shandong Province, is CPC member, Associate Professor. Ph. D was obtained from Shanghai Ocean University (major of food application Chemistry) in July, 2008. Her research area focused on Synthesized utilization of food biological resource, food biology technology. She has taken in charge or joined in 3 scientific projects and gained the credit titles “top 10 innovation guidance prize”, “Excellent Faculty Adviser of Graduated Students Science and Innovation”, “Pioneer party member of greeting judgement and promoting construction”. More than 10 papers have been published.
